Ali Shine's Studio
1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing services from Ali Shine’s Studio, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all website design, branding, digital services, consulting, and digital products provided.
2. Services
Ali Shine’s Studio provides custom web design, website redesign, SEO optimization, branding, digital design services, and digital products. All services are custom-created based on client specifications and agreed-upon scope of work.
3. Payments & Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your project start date. Work will not begin until the deposit has been received.
Remaining balances must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule. Final files, website transfers, or launches will not occur until full payment is received.
Ali Shine’s Studio reserves the right to pause or terminate work if payments are not made on time.
4. Refund Policy
Due to the custom and digital nature of services:

All deposits are non-refundable.

Payments for services are non-refundable once work has begun.

If a project is canceled after work has started, payment for completed work will be retained.

Digital products, downloads, templates, and design assets are non-refundable once delivered.
Refund requests under extraordinary circumstances may be reviewed at the sole discretion of Ali Shine’s Studio.
5. Cancellations & Client Delays
Clients are responsible for providing requested content, feedback, approvals, and materials in a timely manner.
If a client becomes unresponsive for 30 days or more, the project may be considered abandoned. Reactivation may require an additional fee.
Project delays caused by lack of communication do not qualify for refunds.
6. Intellectual Property
Until final payment is received, all designs, drafts, concepts, and materials remain the property of Ali Shine’s Studio.
Upon full payment, ownership of final approved design files transfers to the client. Ali Shine’s Studio retains the right to display completed work in portfolios, marketing materials, and social media unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Revisions & Scope Changes
Projects include a limited number of revisions as defined in the project agreement.
Additional revisions, major scope changes, or added features beyond the agreed scope may incur additional fees.
8. No Guarantee of Results (SEO Disclaimer)
While Ali Shine’s Studio implements SEO best practices and optimization strategies, search engine rankings, traffic levels, and online performance are not guaranteed.
Search engines operate independently and change algorithms frequently. Ali Shine’s Studio is not responsible for ranking fluctuations or platform changes beyond its control.
9. Third-Party Platforms
Ali Shine’s Studio is not responsible for issues related to third-party services including but not limited to Wix, hosting providers, domain registrars, payment processors, plugins, or search engines.
Clients are responsible for maintaining active subscriptions and complying with third-party terms.
10. Limitation of Liability
Ali Shine’s Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, business interruption, or data loss.
Total liability for any claim arising from services provided shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.
11. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting Ali Shine’s Studio to resolve the issue.
In the event of a chargeback on completed or partially completed work, Ali Shine’s Studio reserves the right to provide documentation of services rendered and pursue recovery of funds, including legal remedies if necessary.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13. Modifications
Ali Shine’s Studio reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
